So, when I did my first 30-day system, I chose to do 4 cleanse days once a week for 4 weeks. Sundays were my cleanse days.
Now that I’ve proven to myself that I can handle that, I’m embarking on the dreaded back-to-back cleanse days – which are two cleanse days a week for 3 weeks with a week of just shake days. Essentially, I won’t be eating on the weekends for three weeks.
I’m extremely nervous about what tomorrow will bring. I know can handle at least one cleanse day a week but it’s the second that scares me.
I have all my cleanse day essentials and even some apple slices – which I’ll likely need in the evening. Evenings are the hardest for me.
