*Instead of my customary pint of Guinness, I’ve opted for Isagenix Greens!
So I thought I’d make this post about some more of the delicious food I’ve be eating while on Isagenix.
Pictured above is an IsaLean version of a “Shamrock Shake”.
Shamrock Shake (copied from Facebook)
- 2 scoops IsaLean Shake in Creamy French Vanilla
- 8oz of purified water
- 1/4 teaspoon of IsaFruits
- 1 scoop Isagenix Greens!
- Handful of ice / 4-5 cubes
- Blend until creamy
- (The one pictured above is topped with a tiny bit of chopped kale)
kcal: 273; carbs: 30g; fat: 6g; protein: 25g; sodium: 240mg; sugar: 12g
I can tell you, it was delicious and will quickly be included as a favourite dinner shake!
Let me be honest. I’m no food photographer, so I’ll tell you straight up, that any pics of food I’ve made tasted far better than it looked.
If you’re looking to lure in the spring weather, this salad is a good bet. Pretty basic, fresh ingredients and comes in under 500 calories.
- Raw chopped kale
- Raw chopped beet greens
- (Or any variety of dark leafy greens that you prefer)
- Grape tomatoes
- Sliced cucumbers
- Poppyseed dressing
Another fave is my homemade turkey chili (or any white [poultry] chili you prefer) on a bed of chopped kale with a side of avocado toast:

And this great vegetarian recipe for One-Skillet Kale and Tomato Egg Bake I made on the weekend (sorry, no photo)! The recipe is from the MyFitnessPal Blog. It’s reminiscent of the shakshuka from Aroma (which I love), but it’s a bit more robust with the kale and mushrooms.
